Where do you operate?
We operate nationally from 6 UK hub locations. London, Leeds, Taunton, Brighton, Birmingham and Edinburgh – With a 2 hour radius from each one. (We are however happy extend this radius by appointment).
Do you do residential and commercial cleaning?
Yes we do. We work on small household driveways, patios and pathways through to mansion sized driveways and grounds. We also work with companies like McDonalds and Travelodge keeping their drive-thrus and car parks clean and tidy.
How long does it take to clean a driveway or patio?
To clean a typical two-car driveway or large patio can take between 3-6 hours plus preparation – depending on the condition of the surface. A second visit is then required the following day to complete the work. This will include re-sanding and sealing plus re-pointing if required. So allow 2 days from start to finish.
Do you use a high pressure single jet lance to clean my driveway or patio?
No we do not. These are often used by our competitors and are very destructive and messy. We use a ‘Whirlaway’ rotary machine which is much more effective and kinder to your surface.
How often should I have my driveway cleaned?
For best results, we recommend once a year. Once our service is complete and the surface is sealed, we offer a yearly aftercare service which for a fraction of the price keeps your surface pristine.
Do you use my water?
We do require either an outside or inside tap to connect our equipment (We carry many tap adaptors) Because our rotary equipment is much more efficient than lance type machines, the amount of water used is minimal by comparison.
Do you use harmful chemicals?
On the whole, we only use pressurised water but more stubborn stains are tackled with a toxin free chemical. However, on occasion we do need to use a more aggressive solution to fight deeply embedded stains but we will discuss this with you in advance and before use.
Do I need to clear the driveway or patio before you arrive?
We politely ask that you remove all garden furniture, pots and decorations etc from the area so when we arrive we can start work straight away. If you are unable to clear the area, we are happy to do this for you.
Do you remove weeds?
Yes we do. Plus we always seal your surface to prevent weeds re-appearing again for a long time. Without sealing, weeds can begin to appear again in a matter of weeks.
Do you price match?
No. We believe our services are very competitively priced given the standard of work we carry out. Yes, you may find someone cheaper out there but the old adages,”You get what you pay for” and ‘If it’s too good to be true, then it usually is” hold very true. We have 1000’s of happy customers on our books so we must be doing something right.. And at the right price.
How much will a cleaning and sealing treatment cost?
As you expected, this is a very hard question to answer because there are so many variables to contend with. However, we think you will be very pleasantly surprised at how competitive our accurate, no hidden extras quotation will be.
Do you take a deposit or ask for any payment up front?
No, we do not ask for a penny up front. We only ask for full payment when you are 100% happy with the work we have carried out.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash, credit or debit cards, Apple or Google pay.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes we do. We offer a no quibble guarantee on every job we do in the VERY, VERY, unlikely event you are not happy with our work.
Do you clean up when you have finished the job?
Yes absolutely, we will leave your property clean and tidy.
Are your quotation prices firm?
Yes they are. We have no hidden extras or crafty add-ons. What we quote is what you pay. (Even if the job takes longer than we planned)
Can I walk on or park my car on the drive during the cleaning process?
Its best if you can find alternative parking until 24 hours after the second day of treatment is competed. Best you do not walk on the drive for 6 hours following a sealant application.
